I think this picture is a very pretty one indeed. It's not one of your best, but it's certainly better than a lot of the other pictures like this one out there. What sets it apart is the color cast. Was that intentional, or did the piece just come out that way? Anyway, it adds a nice vibe to the picture. It seems to be a very bright and lively sort of picture, even though it's shallow-focus macro. And shallow focus macro photography, especially one with a slight blur such as this, is not conducive to liveliness, but you've managed to pull it off well. It does have a issue though: the focus is frankly not the best, and one really needs good focus for this kind of picture. But the bokeh in the background is amazing, and the three flowers on top, as a side-effect of the slight blurriness, seem to truly glow! All of this combines to make a good picture with an excellent feel on first looking at it.

Beautiful again! I love almost every single one of your work, and that's more than I can say for other photographers Your work is just amazing. Do you capture your shots straight in camera, or do you do quite a bit of post processing to enhance the colours?
Wow thanks a lot for the amazing compliment. It's so good to hear that! I process the colours in Lightroom. On my new facebook page I try to post some explanation about how I do this from time to time.
